German Organization for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), with the support of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and in collaboration with the Serbian government and the numerous partners and endorsers, is organizing the first ever International women in business conference in Serbia.
This conference is being organized in order to motivate and empower competent women, in this ever-changing business environment, to enhance and develop their businesses and/or to start with new business ventures. We aim to create a network of women-participants from different countries for the purpose of dynamic and sustainable exchange of experiences and ideas; to enable transfer of knowledge and information between participants; to promote mutual work on sustainable solutions of SMEs' problems with focus on women in business. We want to transfer and exchange positive international experiences of GTZ in working with female entrepreneurs and create international networks in order to promote export-import oriented businesses. Thematically, the conference is focused on:
- Business environment in different countries: economic, regulatory, institutional, social; - Business knowledge and business skills (through workshops); - Experiences of successful female entrepreneurs and women in leading positions; - Exhibit-selling fair of products and services of enterprises owned and managed by women. |
